service was prompt and courteous. Nurse at the check in was friendly and knowledgeable. As I was checking out I asked her to email me my appt with the visit details and I was pleasantly surprised she followed through that day. Not typical. Saw the Doc, told him my problem and had my med a hour later.

Its a good service, but the wait was long, but again I was a walk in. I had to wait at lease almost 3 hr’s 2 of them for the outcome of the x-rays so nothing was really done for me. I had to call and make an appointment with my podiatrist the next morning who saw me right away because my right toe was by now the size of a med cucumber even with me icing it all night and suffering through the pain. Come to find out from the x-rays he took showed that my big toe was out of place and he had to put it back in place so how did I like the service if I get an additional bill I DO NOT THINK I will be to happy.

The office is near where I live and they are open M-F and S-S and have hours suitable for your need. That I can go to an urgent care instead of the hospital for something not major. Thank you

From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor. They are very helpful. And doctors have a very good bed side manner,and are very confident and knowledgeable of what she is and the team are doing. Even if it just a followup they made sure i leave the place feeling that im going to be alright.. definitely a place to go for. Even if the wait is 2hrs its ok cause my concern are being taken care of when its my turn.

Dr. Emerson is great, professional and kind. He and the entire MedPost staff treated me with TLC. My appointment was as scheduled and they took the time to evaluate my injury. I wasn’t made to feel rushed or unimportant due to my insurance. I will continue to be a patient and definitely recommend and gladly refer others.

Best carespot I have been to hands down. Customer service was on point. I was in and out with fast. I made an appointment it wasn’t a walk in. Dr Thorpe was very sincere and took the time to explain everything. I felt good leaving knowing that all the staff truly cared about my well being. Highly recommend!!!!
