They were quick to see me, listened to what my symptoms were and I knew it was a re-occurance of bronchitis bc I have it annually at the same time every year. The first nurse to see me, I can’t remember her name. But she had blonde hair, was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Thorough in questioning and didn’t force unnecessary tests bc I was paying without insurance. The PA, Natalie Reynolds was much of the same. Listened to me, didn’t try to up-sell me on test I knew I didn’t need like others had before her. Very comforting, sent my scripts over to the pharmacy electronically and got me in and out in a timely manner while not being pushy but informative. Making sure I had everything I needed. Offered discount options paying cash for prescriptions which was thoughtful. If possible I would love to be given the first nurses first name so I can write her a personal feedback saying how much I appreciated her attitude and thoroughness with me. For privacy reasons I understand if this is not possible. Overall this staff was some of the best medical care I have received, no matter the seriousness of the situation. I looked forward to filling out the survey for them bc they deserve recognition from their bosses and I hope they receive it.
