Because I usually go to the VA Outpatient Clinics, one in Loma Linda, California; the other in Palm Desert, California. I was referred to your facility by the triage staff at Cook Street. Since I was in a great amount of pain, it was a better choice than driving any distance away from Palm Springs. Your staff were professional and very helpful; and, a diagnosis of an Urinary Tract Infection was a relief. No part of the process and/or examination was unpleasant. Rather staff was forthcoming with information and instructions. My medications prescriptions were directed to my pharmacy in Palm Springs. By the time I had drive from your location to Walgreens the medications were ready for pick up. I appreciate the kindness and knowledge of your staff.
