Your fast yesterday took a little longer but I was okay with that. When I left they had 5 people in the waiting area and I’m sure we’re already in rooms but they were taking care of everyone in a pleasant and private way’ the only reason I was taken care of faster is that I alway make an appointment. Definitely will keep going back and have them take care of me when I can’t get into my primary care doctor.

I was very happy with the services rendered to me while at CareSpot by the nurse and maily by the physician who was very friendly and thorough in his examination. I wished I had him as my primary care physician. However, there’s something that needs improvement. I feel the receptionist should be more prepared to answer calls, be friendly and more attentive to the patients’ concerns. I almost refused to go to CareSpot because of my first impression over the phone. But I am glad I did go.
