It was quick.

I was a walk-in & only had a 30 minute wait. The PA was very thorough, listened well prescribed a medication. The front desk woman was very accommodating & welcoming.

From the moment ou walk in the door, you are greeted with curtesy and compassion. Everyone was so helpful in taking care of me. I had an upper respiratory infection, running nose, sore throat, and cough. I could hardly think straight, I felt so miserable. I asked to be check for Covid, my work required that before I returned back to work. I was examined, Tem, Blodd Press, my hear and lungs were checked, and I was asked if I needed anything for my cough. I was taking over the counter night time cold syrup. I said I didn’t need anything. My Covid test was done and then I went home. I called the next day, because my cough was worst and the over the counter medicine was helping. I waited for a few minutes on the pone and then was told a prescription would be called in to my pharmacy (YAY) I was able to sleep that night. Then two days later I came back to the facility, I had forgotten to ask a a note to return to work. I waited maybe 5 minutes…and one was given to me. The whole time I was treated with respect and compassion. I Love This Place!!! There is a MedPost closer to my home (Monroe & Ave 42) But I would rather travel to La Quinta because I know I will always receive GREAT care. Thank YOU MedPost!!!

Thank you, staff is very nice and professional. Nobody was in a rush. Was able talk with the staff, answer my questions and have a dialogue. The tech that tried to take my blood, needs more training.

Everyone was very nice. They waited on me very quickly. If I had any questions they were very helpful. The Dr Hanna was very nice. She let me know what she was doing while she was doing, and answered all my questions.

I appreciate that the nurses and doctors are always courteous and helpful! This wasn’t my first time bringing one of my girls in. The N.P. called me before the appointment to make sure it was necessary to come in to try and save me time and money!!! We both decided it might be best to bring her in just in case. I was amazed that she took the time to call me. Especially right now I can not say enough how much her thoughtfulness meant to me. I would definitely recommend this specific Care Spot to anyone, and if this one isn’t convenient I would recommend Care Spot as it obvious they care.
