Staff was polite and professional. Assistant, prior to seeing the doctor was very nice and helpful. Dr. Colombo was friendly, professional and thorough. I was impressed that he took the time to listen to me, as I tried to express what I was feeling. He asked additional questions and really made me feel that he was concerned. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to the next patient. And last, but certainly not least, he assured me that he was going to take care of me.

Waiting room was very clean. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was very pleasant and polite. I was put in a room very quickly with very little wait time. The medical assistant came in and chatted with me and took notes on all the information he needed. The doctor came in shortly after and she was very attentive and patient. She answered all the questions I had. I was in and out of the office within about 30 minutes which is usually unheard of at any urgent care. I will definitely come back to this location when I need to visit an urgent care!

It was easy to schedule online ahead of time and last minute. Even though we accidentally choose the wrong location they still accommodated and fit us in. The staff and Dr. Mark were very attentive and made sure all our needs were met before we left.
