•Ricardo was very respectful and proactive in regards to the customer service. •Cassandra Padro was great; the whole process for the drug screening was simple and detailed. She has a good tone and attitude toward customers/patients. Customer service oriented. Pros: -Work area, organized and clean. -Drug Screen restroom was clean. Cons: -Company emails provided at front desk are blocked; difficult for the medical staff to receive any documents sent by patients. For example Quest Qpassports. This resulted on a delay for service. -Drug screen restroom doesn’t have a small table inside the restroom to facilitate putting the drug screen cup with the sample on top, while the patient finishes cleaning up and get properly dressed. *The table would minimize the risk for spillovers and losing important patient/ client samples.
