Impressed with my NP John Arce. Addressed my concerns and privided correct medical actions! I’d make him my immediate primary care doc!!! Carol was very professional and customer service versed. Reception was top notch as well! Would highly recommend to all my friends!

They are thorough and attentive. The reason I didn’t give it s 10 is because they send Emergency cases to JFK instead of Eisenhower.

PA was very thorough and approachable! I like her bedside manner. I definitely will be going back because of her and the nurse assistant and the front desk assistant. Great experience overall!!!

Convenient for when I can’t get in with my primary or need to be seen on the weekend for minor illnesses. I work in an ER but hate having to be seen there unless truly emergent issue. . Like being able to schedule a time.
