I was very impressed by the receptionist, nurse and especially the nurse practitioner (I believe her name was Christy). I am visiting Scottsdale from my home in Dallas and a hearing aid dome fell off and lodged in my ear canal. Christy very skillfully extracted the dome from my ear. Thanks you Christy!
