I appreciate the wonderful care I received from Jennifer (PA) and Jennifer (MA). I walked in on Sunday, with strained muscles in my back. Jennifer and Jennifer made me feel well cared for and immediately responded to my concerns. Today, just one day later, I am in far less pain and have returned to my normal routine. Thank you!

This was my first time using this facility as a Kaiser patient. I liked how easy it was to schedule an on line appointment. On arrival I was greeted and treated with respect. The front desk woman is a gem (I believe her to be BZaparinuk from my receipt). I observed her extremely professional caring interactions with other patients coming in for their appointments also. In addition, distance, mask, and hand sanitizer procedures are in place. Jennifer Turney PA was professional and courteous. She assessed my physical medical condition, asked me several questions regarding my health history, and made recommendations appropriate for my care. I appreciated the face to face discussions vs phone call only care which unfortunately is how it has been during this pandemic. At no time did I feel rushed or just another body filling an exam room. I left with my prescription and more knowledge on how to treat my medical condition.
