We always come to this MedPost location. I cannot say enough about the care and professionalism of the “regular” staff. Both doctors and support staff always do an exceptional job. However, when I went for an appointment Friday April 23rd, I was way less than impressed with the doctor who was on duty. I suffer from chronic sinus infections and allergies. I had had a sinus infection a couple months ago that never cleared which reared it’s ugly head the previous Thursday night and I felt terrible. I was given antibiotics, but not before being lectured about how I needed a specialist to figure out how to deal with the issue because they shouldn’t just keep treating me with antibiotics. My prescriptions are always sent directly to my pharmacy, but not this time. This Dr went old school and hand wrote the prescription. This generated the need for 2 trips to the pharmacy. Going forward, if I know she’s there I will not be going there. I will wait until one of the regular doctors are on duty.

From the time I walked in the door, everyone was pleasant and polite. The nurses, doctors, and front desk assistants explained everything from testing to payments.
