Staff and Dr wonderful no wait time and clean place

I give you guys a 10 because I know these ratings mean a lot to the company and can potentially give you guys a bonus or whatever, but I went in the get a titer drawn and the girl drawing my blood was either new or just did not know what she was doing. She could not find my veins and blamed it on my “extra tissue” which is not even that much. She even pulled out a personal cell phone to use an app to find my veins which was odd. She even mentioned that it is a little harder to find my veins because I am not light-skinned. Anyone with experience in phlebotomy knows that you are to go by feel and not by sight. I even told her twice where they normally get blood from me and she chose to stick me twice and miss on my right arm and then finally went to the spot I told her on my left arm. This is extremely upsetting because I went there to accomplish a simple task for a new employer, not to be insulted and on top of that I had recently applied for a job with CareSpot and was turned away for whatever reason even though I have tons of experience with phlebotomy/medical assisting/xray and can stick just about anyone without a vein finder app. Please get this young lady more training.

Very thorough, professional, friendly staff. The P.A. ensured all bases covered for my symptoms and communicated with my doctor for a procedure I had already scheduled for the following week. Deb E.

They don’t turn you away they help you with your illness or injury. If you gonna havea long wait they tell you to come back at a certain time to cut back on wsit time
