Coming here literally saved mi life. Was not feeling well and did not know what I had, after taking blood sample I found out my sugar level was in the Stratosphere. Never been a Diabetic & I was not aware that I was killing myself. They informed me I must immediately go to a hospital because it was a life threatening situation. They offered an ambulance but since my brother drove me to Care he took me to the hospital and was admitted for two days. If it wasn’t for Care I would not be writing this, THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE!!!!!!!

The entire staff was extremely courteous. I stopped by and was able to get an appointment. When I arrived, it took no time at all to be ushered in and meet with Heather who explained the procedure I needed and exactly what I would experience. She managed to keep the atmosphere lighthearted a Afterword she was very concise as to what i needed to do once I was home. The associates here were incredibly friendly, real and down to earth. I felt like I was in genuinely good hands and they did not have a toxic superiority complex like so many healthcare providers do. They had proper expertise and showed care for my situation at all times. The facilities were very clean and well organized.
