Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The doctor even looked up whether a certain OTC drug was safe for my son with a history of heart surgery. She was thorough in explaining OTC medicines he should take for each symptom (congestion, cough, etc). She also explained expected progression of the virus as well as how to access lab results. This was my first CareSpot experience and I was very pleased.
