Everyone was knowledgable about their job. If they did not know the answer to a question they would find out instead of just brushing you off like other companies. They were very meticulous with the paperwork. My appointment was Workers Comp related and they noticed a mistake and took the initiative to correct it.

Listen, and take action. Knowledgeable staff. I do have to tell them my hearing is bad and to write down directions for any meds prescribed..when sick, nothing works! They are very pro patient. Only complaint.. I did on line to put me in at 12 30.. Close to 130 when called, and it didn’t seem like any emergencies. I was nauseous, in pain. Otherwise, Care Spot is very personable…just call them first.
