Clean, organized facility, very brief wait time. The staff at the front desk and the nurse/medical assistant were polite and professional. The doctor was thorough, not rushed, gave referral and/or paperwork for follow-up visit to a specialist. I’ve been to this location in Brea about 3 times and each visit was as described above. It’s also in a very convenient location with easy parking.

Very friendly staff and professional attitude. MA were courteous. PA listened to what you had to say. Once you checked in they wanted you to have the best medical care.

I love the convenience on the weekend and after hours. The staff is always professional, and Kristen Jones was an absolute saint when I needed stitched up. Dropping by to have them removed was a piece of cake!
