I was from Michigan and miserable. Making an appointment from Wylie was very easy and the staff was very welcome and kind. I appreciated the Covid 19 measures that were taken for my safety. When I returned I received a call giving me my lab results which I also very much appreciated. Thank you for your friendly and skillful service. It’s nice to know when i visit my daughter and family I have an Urgent Care available.

The PA staffed when I went in was awesome. She was very professional and bedside manner was exceptional. Just wish the nursing staff was better and provided better customer service.

Courteous staff, quick and efficient service. Would have loved if they told me my prescription had already been sent to a pharmacy, instead I went to another pharmacy that night. Other than that very satisfied.

Everone is so calm and kind genuine and Knows what they are doing – and it shows From the front office to The exams this office is the way everyone in every business should be – I worked in healthcare all my life retired 4 years ago and saw alot of changes not for the better – It broke my heart – How you treat people is everything – And Ive always felt -while training and hiring You can teach a person how to do anything But you cant teach someone to have empathy And be kind – Kudos to You!
