I have used Care Spot many times and will continue to do so when I can’t get into see my Dr. Or if it is more emergent. The staff is very nice and takes their time with you. Waiting time was short and seeing the PA was in a very timely manner and he was very knowledgeable and put me on the right path to recovery. Thank you!

Even though I arrived at a particularly busy time on a busy day, I was still seen quickly so it was a convenient way to receive care. The process for checking in was efficient. All of the staff were very professional and gave very good customer service. The provider listened and treated me with respect. I was confident in the care that I received.
