I am very impressed with Carespot services overall. I was very grateful that they were open later than most facilities and that they were able to see me without an appt. I thought the receptionist was a little cold and not very personable, She didn’t return my license and insurance card prior to my being seen and I left without it so I had to make a trip to get it the next day. Once again, same person, not very pleasant, no apology. Other than that, I was very impressed and will definitely use Carespot in the future if needed

Everyone at our Cypress MedPost is so friendly, very professional, and they really care about the clients that come to their facility for medical care. I always feel like I am so very special, whenever I have the opportunity to come to the Cypress MedPost facility. The nursing staff is fantastic, the front desk representatives are very friendly and helpful, and each of the two Nurse Practitioners (Danielle and Maria) are extremely knowledgeable about medical conditions, and so very professional with their patients, making sure that all of the patient’s questions or concerns are answered when they are providing excellent care to their patients. Each of the Nurse Practitioners take the extra time to explain their diagnosis and their recommended plan of treatment, prior to the patient leaving their Cypress MedPost facility.
