1) The young lady at the front desk, Indi-Anna, was exceptional at providing compassionate quality customer service. It was a joy to see how well she interacted with a diverse population with Both different needs And expectations . It’s the first time I’ve witnessed this level of customer service at a Carespot Center. 2) NP Courtney was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. WOW!
