Close to home and can may an appointment

Pleasant and professional… However, I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, the waiting area 5-people, and i wasn’t called until 35 minutes later – 20 minutes past my appointment. Also, a nurse was completing her safety training while not using an ear bud – not sure this was the best way to complete what i assume was mandatory training…
