Everyone was very friendly. My only complaint is the amount of time that I had to wait before I got into my scheduled appointment. I was scheduled to come in at 11:30, but did not get called back into my appointment until ~12:15.

Everyone was very polite and efficient, the person who checked me in was very friendly and answered all of my questions, I was seen right away, and nobody was the slightest bit weird about me having to use 2 names (I’m a transsexual).

Went in thinking I would go home with meds but was really surprised that the doctor took care of my ingrown right there and then. Did not feel any pain and the next day like I never had the ingrown. Recommend anyone with the same issue to go to Medpost.
