It was a good experience for me going to medpost,the environment was clean and friendly service and Loved the pa and her associate very kind and considerate, would let others know the help they gave to me appreciate all, getting a primary md as well to look more follow up required.

I unfortunately forget the name of the woman who helped me, however, she was at the front desk and was genuinely the nicest individual I have come across in a really long time. I assume she was in charge of the front office with how she carried herself and by the way she was helping other patients as well as her own staff. I did have to wait after my appointment time before I was seen which was frustrating but the way I was treated by her made up for any wait. Will definitely be recommending this location as well as coming back myself.

First I was referred by Urgent care on Litchfield and Waddell they new you had the equipment to xray. I called made my appointment. This was my first visit to Med Post, the cre I received was outstanding from the receptionist in front, to the nursing staff an the PA were nothing less than outstanding. You at the 3 Urgent Care facilities I have been to are 100 times better than the doctors I use for primary health care services. Keep up the excellent job you all do and the dedication you all show.

Fast friendly service

The doctor was very nice and understanding. I had concerns with the receptionist about whether they could do an ingrown toenail procedure before I waited and paid the co-pay. The receptionist was no help and just kept saying the doctor would advise me after she saw me and no matter what the co-pay was due. Receptionist had very little personality. Before entering the room the doctor pulled me aside and explained she could not fix the problem there, but she could give me a prescription to help with the problem and the pain, and could give me a referral. That was good enough for me, so I proceeded to go in for the appointment.

During my visit I loved 1 how the front desk pronounce my name correctly which a lot of people get wrong. 2 I like how quickly I was helped. 3 I like how concerned the staff was of my well being and went above and behind to assist me. (I didn’t even have to ask for a doctor’s note for work, they were already on top of it)
