Everything went smoothly: I made an appointment over the phone for a Covid test, then checked in at the front desk at my appointment time, waited approximately 10 minutes, was taken to the exam room by nurse who took my vitals & did a nose swab and lastly seen by a nurse practitioner to go over my results (negative). Then checked out a few minutes later. And the facility was very clean.
