Everyone was so helpful and kind when I broke my leg this past Saturday! My only issue was that I was given crutches that were too big for me. They are for people who are for 5’10” and over…I’m 5’9”. Apparently this is all they had. They don’t fit and caused extreme pain in my arm pits and forget trying to get up and down the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment with them. I ended up borrowing some shorter ones from a family member. I just don’t understand how you could give someone crutches that you admit are too long for that person.

The NP, Erica, was excellent!! She was extremely thorough and answered any questions I had. She had a waiting room full of people, but wasn’t at all rushed when seeing me. Very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!! [NAME REMOVED]
