The PA and the intake nurse were AMAZING!! They were kind, gentle and professional. The gal in the front seemed a bit over worked as she was manning the front lines and with covid is was incredibly busy! Over the phone we were told that when we get seen that we, my child and I, could be tested. But that wasn’t true. The gal upfront was very short stating that no that was false and that we need to make an additional appt. had we been told that when we called in then we would have made a 2nd appt right there over the phone. The wait from the time of check in to the time we walked out was exactly 3 hrs. If we were a walk-in then I could understand the 3 hr wait but we had an appt. it was a long time to wait when you have a sick child. If it wasn’t for the PA and the intake nurse I would have scored our experience super low. But they were the shining stars! Truly impressed with them.
