Coming to Care Spot is a convenient way to get medical care. You can get in and out quickly and Care Spot is open later than regular doctor’s office. The staff was nice and professional.

Friendly staff. But one thing they leave you on hold and then hang up. I was on hold 2 different times for 30 minutes and then they hung up. I saw it also with other calls when in waiting room

Clean facility. Professional staff and service. Wait time not long. Flat screen Tvs on both sides of room for people to be occupied. Convenient location. I definitely recommend!

From reception to the Dr to the nurse, everyone felt like they were there for for me. The wanted to help, they wanted to calm, they wanted to hear my issues, they were positive & all made me feel like I was the one they were there for. On top of the above, I was a Covid positive walk in! Reception told me: we are ready for you! 100% recommendation!

They were friendly compassionate and extremely kind. The doctor I saw cared enough to write me a meeting/ excuse valid though orders for 3 days. Sadly the man who runs the residence I had to live at the time refused to honor the order! I can honestly say that my provider at your clinic was the ONLY person who cared at all if I got rest and recover peacefully. It was terrible, then I actually ended up needing to be seen 5 days later, thankfully, and the same nice doctor put me on new antibiotics and treated me for a new bug bite rash as well that we did discover later on were indeed a disgusting infestation of bed bugs from my old bed at Mr.Henry Green’s Freedom House. I hope their facility improves it was an embarrassing emergency to me I didn’t know what Bed Bugs looked like! My Dad was a school district superintendent and my Mom still to this day is constantly cleaning to keep up a decent home as do I. It was really sad but I had to stay there until I got my new place. It was rough trying to recover there that’s for sure. Thanks again for your intellegence effort and time! I wish I could have him as my PCP
