As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed! Your front desk girls are amazing!!!! And the nurse who worked me up was so professional. She knew what she was doing. They apologized for my wait even though I was a walk in. I knew I would be waiting. But to go above and beyond to acknowledge my time was important, is outstanding. I went in for COVID-19 testing since I start my clinicals soon. I have to say this is the best urgent care by far! And the NP was one of a kind. All these young ladies are such an assess to orlando health. Kudos to your care spot Oviedo team! I will highly recommend them to my patients, family members, and friends.

The young women who helped me at the front desk was lovely (I am only sad I did not get her name). She was multitasking with customers, the phone, etc. but still able to be personable, relatable and welcoming to me.

Front desk staff was professional and advised me all potential scenarios that could have affected my ability to get a COVID test (doctor discretion since I had not been exposed to a positive person, but in large groups while traveling). The doctor was professional and friendly and answered all my questions and described the test and time line associated with getting results back.
