First, it was easy to make an appointment. We didn’t have to go through an endless voicemail system. A receptionist picked up, made appointments for my husband and me–that was easy compared to other med centers we contacted. Second, we were seen promptly for our appointments, and only a short waiting period. The staff were pleasant and polite.
