Amanda (?) at the desk was courteous and professional. She was attentive to all patients and customers. I was informed that there was about a 30-minute delay however it was longer than stated. She apologized for the additional delay and thanked us for our patience. Amanda is a customer service gem and you are fortunate to have her on your staff.

I’ve always liked the staff at the Orange Park location. There’s a CareSpot clinic closer to where I live, but I always prefer to go to the Kingsley location.
