Accurate website information. Walk-in ‘no appointment necessary’ opportunity. OPEN on Thanksgiving (we drove 50 minutes as the Atascadero facility was the only open place available on Thanksgiving). Knowledgeable and friendly reps answering the phones and checking us in. Smooth check-in process. Short wait time between check-in and seeing the physicians. Professional and knowledgeable physicians (Max & Mathew). Mathew was terrific. He talked us thru the testing and subsequent lab results turn-around process. Discussed CVC description of social distancing. Was interested in hearing how and where we think we might have contracted the virus. Spoke to us about our concern for our 84-year old mother who we are staying with and the precautions we should take to ensure her safety. Overall great experience, begining from the evening before the visit and during the visit. Btw, we were notified by a family member the evening prior that they tested positive for Covid, so being able to get tested the next day felt reassuring. Thank you for accepting TRICARE.
