Able to make an appointment. Appointment time was kept by CareSpot and the employees took all precautions related to COVID-19 and were very helpful.

The nurses and Dr was very frustrating d knowledgeable. I was diagnosed and treated in a timely manner. The front desk however is not helpful at all I had ask for a itemized receipt she gave me one but it only has the dr name on it not what was done(medical code) and I had ask her if I could use the charger for my phone and she it none of the outlet in the waiting room work, I informed her that I need to charge it just for few minutes enough to get me home with my GPS and she just stared at me and proceeds to tell me that none the charger she has in front of her is not plug in an outlet. My phone is down to 1% charge I told her but she did not offer any solution to my problem. She discharge me and I was so disappointed bc I had a great experience with the doctor & the nurse that treated me.

We went in to get a COVID test and the Doctor came afterward to talk to us. He was so informative and spent a lot of time with us. I would definitely go back there.
