Very clean facility. Greeted warmly by receptionist. Nurse was very accommodating. The Dr took time to explain his reason for diagnosis and advise me how to care for myself through the healing process.

Quick and easy walk in for drug test

The nurse practitioner was very helpful: checked my list of current medications, explained why she was prescribing as she did. After three days, another person called me from CareSpot. She indicated that I should discontinue the antibiotic I was taking and switch to another. Again, she noted my current prescriptions, and also my list of drugs that caused difficulty. After checking, she recommended the additional antiobitic, and she called it in to Publix near where we live. Since she called in promptly, we were able to pick up the antibiotic before Publix closed, and I was able to start the new Rx immediately. She also recommended that I follow up with my primary care M.D. I have done so, and the lab results indicate the infection is cleared up. Thank you to both individuals. I know the last name of the NP is Weiss, however, I do not recall with whom I spoke after CareSpot received the lab results and told me to change antibiotics. Thank you to all concerned!

I came in as a walkin to do a preemploment drug test. The front office representative was extremely friendly and helpful. She could definitely multi task and was a great representative of your company. I did not have to wait very long as well. The associate who did the test was very professional and friendly. Also a great rep for your company. My whole experience was professional and a good one.
