Your office was CLEAN. It was obvious that your staff were working hard to keep patients safe and separated during these covid-weary days. The best part was related to the actual care and guidance. Joanne Kemp, the APRN who provided care to me was amazing. I felt that she listened to me, and directed a plan of care that was very specific to my situation. She took time to go over my treatment plan when I had a few more questions at the end. Ms Kemp is a great ambassador for Carespot.
