Quickly got me in, gave me the time and the care I needed. But instead of a survey asking what my experience was, just a pointless metric.. Ask me how am I doing… The staff 10/10 The wait 10/10 Care received 10/10 Pointless metrics you surely use to determine you’re own people worth that are the FACE of the company… 0/10 Dock the ceo’s pay and raises everyones wages by 25% you can do that for starters. Or just stop wasting money on 3rd party software wanting to ask “what I like” when I straight up went there to not die. Thanks.
