Whenever I am in need of any kind of treatment or testing, MedPost is my first choice. I have been multiple times and have received nothing but the best care from them. From the MA who checks me in and takes vitals, to the PA who is always understanding and puts my health first. Everyone there was friendly, informative and helpful! Not being local, they offered great advice on all things medical for someone who was just visiting. I will definitely use their services again if the need arises when I am visiting the area.

Quick and painless

My overall experience was great. However; it started very rocky. Tosha Denise who was the clerk on Sunday morning was rude and very unprofessional. When, I informed her that I had a 8:30am appointment, she argued with me stating that I didn’t and I would have to wait my turn. Although; she could tell my the notes that my son had been their the Friday before, she insisted that I had to wait. She informed me that Patty MacFarland hadn’t schedule my appointment and that I would have to wait my turn (There was 3 people ahead me). She had refused to give me service because I told her, “Like hell you are.” I asked for her managers name only for her to write Jill’s name on the card and place it on the counter. When I attempted to call the number on the card, Tosha told me that I was calling the office location where I were and Jill wouldn’t be in until Monday morning. She asked me to move so she could service another client. Again another unprofessional statement especially since she hadn’t service me. Then Gloria and Dr. Decker stepped in and that’s when everything turned around. With Dr. Decker approval, Gloria removed my son’s stitches. She walked us through the process and gave us care information. Dr. Decker looked over her work prior to us leaving.

I’m sorry but I don’t remember the nurses name that was assisting Dr. Decker but she was fantastic at taking care of my daughter [FIRST NAME REMOVED]. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] had a bike accident and needed stitches to her chin. The nurse made her feel at ease and even made her laugh. She was very caring and attentive. Thank you!

Geraldine and Marie of Lakewood urgent care were so efficient and helpful. Kudos to them !! We were there on Friday November 6 2020 around 600 pm and they helped my sister check in. Keep up the good work!!!
