Quick & efficient. Although I did call and ask the receptionist about being charged my copay (which I understand). But I had a coworker who between herself (who has insurance) and her daughter (who is uninsured) neither of them has had to pay anything for their covid tests. $0. Her daughter has been in 3-5 times to be tested and has paid nothing. I’m just curious for the future should we not be paying anything to be tested?

The receptionist was kind, mindful and efficient. She was working the front desk alone and did not look stressed. She was being very positive and friendly. Nikki Glennon, PA was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. She didn’t appear to be rushing or stressed. She took the time to explain the discharge instructions, asked if I had any questions and genuinely seemed to care.
