the doctor did a great job of giving me stitches from an accident, clean, friendly, I got right in and didn’t have to wait too long. Good follow up.

Friendly staff, very quick in and out service

All the staff were great however I have two major complaints about my experience. 1. Wait time. NOBODY WAS THERE…… nobody waiting.. and from what I saw, no other patients in the back (I could be wrong). Either way I was kept waiting… not too long, not like an hour but I had to ask to be seen because I was just sat around. In pain. 2. Paying before service. This was the bit where I felt insulted. It was only $10.. but I was asked (made) to pay BEFORE being seen. I said to the guy that didnt make sense, why would I pay for a serivice BEFORE? I mean does anyone do that? Car inspection? Oil change? Dentist? I felt very insulted about that…. Your policy is not acceptable to me. BUT I was trapped and in pain I could of left.

The front end staff was very welcoming but the nurse and doctor gave the vibe of not wanting to be there but i understand why and appreciate their work for the community.
