It would be good if you could figure out a way to send electronically my records to St. Joseph. Although I received a CD, St. Joseph could not send it to my doctor who was via zoom. Thus, I had to get a 2nd x-ray at St. Josephs. As a result, I would probably go to St. Joseph Urgent Care next time. Lastly, although the staff was professional, the reception room had dirty floors and I arrived at 8 am.

I feel confident with the care I receive from the doctors and PA. The check in process is efficient and the personnel are always kind and helpful. Whether I have had an emergency or a routine immunization, the care is first class.
