Called in because of COVID symptoms and needed guidance on steps to take. Post was very busy that day but I got to make an appointment for the next day. Lady on the phone was professional and very friendly. Got there the next day, again friendly service. Wait was about 15’ which is acceptable considering how many walk ins show up. PA was a bit rushed due to patient load but still listened and took time to explain what I should do/not do (although by now everyone knows). Nurse did uncomfortable COVID test quickly and as easy as possible.
