Very efficient and friendly, though I had to wait almost an hour from my appointment time due to an ER. I understand though as long as not consistently.

It was a very busy day, and the personnel didn’t seem to be stressed, they handled everything with professionalism, and moved on to the next patient. I had about a 30 minute wait even though I had an appointment, but it wasn’t because the personnel was just sitting there eating bon bons, and I can appreciate that having been in the medical field for 47 years.

The staff was very kind. First impressions make a difference especially when you come for a medical visit. I felt at ease. The doctor was very thorough and discussed options and positives and negatives of steps forward. He heard my input and listened and I appreciated that….a lot of urgent cares are in such a hurry that they don’t stop and listen. Also, when you deal with allergies and have tried so many things over the years, it is frustrating when they try to make you take things that you know don’t work. This doctor did not do that at all. I also had a test run while I was there and the results came back incredibly fast. I’m very happy to have this new location located where it is and hope that the excellent service will be an ongoing thing. 5 stars across the board for receptionist, nurse, and doctor.

This was my first visit at a Carespot. Very impressive! All staff were welcoming and professional. Nurse and Doc listen to my concerns and I thank them for not rushing through the process.
