It starts at the front desk with the excellent staff. The two times I’ve been there for COVID testing as a work requirement-the front desk personnel were sociable and professional, like actual people who liked their job! The second thing is the company must have good management or communications between the staff. My wife had a similar experience when she took my son for an injured foot.

Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I had already tried Walgreens and cvs and they weren’t nice. We just needed flu shots.
