The people who took care of me in the back were wonderful. Kind. Gentle caring. I remember Devon but cannot remember the md or pa’ s name. But they were thorough. Answered all of my questions. Front desk was certainly not warm and fuzzy but I think that’s really from the procedures that must be followed due to the pandemic. I was certainly surprised that a son had his mom on speaker phone when she was sharing the info for the front desk person. She even gave the name on the card, the expiration date and the number on the back. If I was not an honest person , I would have been able to steal it all. Please remind them that is not acceptable.

Easy to do an online appt. Front office nice and professional, I have had Kristen Jones NP many times, she is very professional, courteous and really listens to you symptoms, I like her more than my reg. Dr. . Kristen Jones NP is a total asset to Urgent Care facility. Thank you Kristen.
