It was my first visit to the fever on Sept 21, 2020. Dr. Trach took time and listened to all my health problems. His advice and health tips gave me a lot of confidence and courage! The clinic is maintained pretty well!

I enjoyed the friendly front desk staffs friendly smiles. Their iPad didn’t work and they still helped me and brought me back for my services and didn’t complain. They are so sweet and it was a nice visit 🙂

We were able to make our appointment from home Saturday morning. When we arrived, there were safety measures in place to keep staff & customers safe. We were seen & treated quickly & effectively.

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. My regular PCP at a different office was booked for months ahead and I was in a rush to get health forms filled for school. I found great reviews for CareSpot on S. Orange Ave online and called to book an appointment. From the first call they were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. I rarely ever hear of a front desk being to nice. At my visit, the front desk were awesome, as well as the nurse and PA. I was out with all of my forms in less than an hour. Everything was well done and they made sure I had everything I needed. They were also super transparent with what I would be paying before I even got to the office, no surprises. Overall, I had a great experience and will be returning in the future. You all are wonderful!
