Our actual experience with the nurse practioner was wonderful. She was gave great information and advice and followed through personally when there was an issue with the prescription being filled. A note however- I made my appointment online, and called the number listed on the website when I arrived as I was trying to get a COVID test for my 17yo son. That number went unanswered, so I called the number on the front door. I spoke with a woman who said I could just bring him in. Inside, the receptionist (who made it clear that she was NOT the woman I had just spoken to) handed me paperwork that I completed standing – and told her we would wait in the car as many people including an older couple were seated in the wwiting roon- she was initially hesitant to let me do so, and said she would not come out to get me. Then she asked the name, told me to write my phone number down for her to call. It took about 30 minutes but when we were called ww were brought right through the door to the scale then a waiting room. The nurse who took our info was very professional and administered my sons test – but the nurse practioner was really great. She informed us about the possible test outcomes, but also addressed my sons likely asthma issue, and sent all the paperwork for either disnosis including that needed for him to return to school if hiis test came back negative (it did). She called our home herself to let us know the results and to make sure we had been able to get the prescibed medicine. She felt like his personal physician.

If I could make this location of MedPost my actual doctor’s office, I would. Every doctor and nurse on staff are so friendly!

I called to pre-book my appointment but it wasn’t necessary that day. I got right in & the staff was friendly, helpful & compassionate. It’s a bonus that it’s 3 minutes from my home.
