Extremely knowledgeable and proficient PA and counter staff. This place was VERY busy and they were about as fast and efficient as one could ask for. I still waited just over an hour but with the number of waiting customers, I was impressed. There were other customers in the waiting room that seemed to believe that they were the only one in there and they shouldn’t have to wait. The staff, especially the PA, handled them with experience and professionalism. They’re an asset.

The environment looked and felt clean, safe, and welcoming. The receptionists were helpful and polite. The doctor made me feel welcome and genuinely showed his passion for his work.
