Oh my gosh! I liked EVERYTHING! The wait time was fast, wait room was comfortable, the receptionist was warm and helpful. The nurse, Jenn was AMAZING! Kind and compassionate and totally put my daughter at ease. The doctor was so great! He listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond what I have ever seen any urgent care doctor ever do. And then, to top it all off, the labs were done right there in the examination room. I loved that we didn’t have to make another stop at a lab to get work done. I never felt any sort of loyalty to an urgent care before. I just went where ever seemed most convenient. From now on, this is my first choice if we need to visit an urgent care office again. I am so grateful for this remarkable staff!
