Receptionist greeted me very cordially, given hand sanitizer and instructed about my necessary information to be placed on I-pad. Most importantly, I was treated by a PA-C by name of Heather Palmer. Was able to diagnosis my problem right away, very thoroughly explained it would need a referral to a vascular specialist. She spent the appropriate amt. of time explaining condition and follow up suggestions before I can be seen by specialist. She did the paper work for the referral with instructions to me. I can not begin to express enough the thoughtful care I received from Ms. Palmer. Even though my situation wasn’t one that could be relieved with a prescription or immediate treatment, she put into place further follow-up with my primary health care.
