Friendly and quick

It was quick and easy. Just one criticism, we asked to be tested in order for travel. We were told to get the results it could take 5 days. Results were ready in one, now our test results will be older than 72 and could be a possible problem.

I was greeted by friendly staff and patiently waited on. I thought I would be the last to be seen that night because I came in so close to closing time. However, another person came in after I did and after I had gotten the wheelchair I had asked about. Glad they could accommodate me with the chair. One worker even wheeled me to my car and it was very lightly sprinkling rain when I left. I feel I was quickly and appropriately treated by all. Am feeling better today thanks to the treatment provided for the injury and pain I was suffering.

I felt it was a good facility to go to quickly, but not being able to book an appt online, but they did get to see me soon, because of my symptoms. Was referrred to the Hospital ER, where I was cared for and admitted to the hospital. Normally I do not want to clog up any facility with mundane things, but I knew that this was not mundane and I had to be seen soon. Thank you [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

When speaking with the worker prior to coming in for the test, we were told you accepted insurance. Once there, we discovered we would have to pay a co-pay. It would have been better if we were reminded during the initial call that depending on our insurance a co-pay may be required. While we should have been aware of it, nonetheless we forgot about it and were disappointed we had to pay. Otherwise the service, testing, and results of the test were handled perfectly!!

The employee were friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They also made sure to greet me as soon as I walked into the building. The employees took safety precaution due to covid-19. I wasn’t waiting for a long time in the lobby. I enjoy my visit at medPost
