The facility was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The sign-in was simple and the wait time was short. The nurse was professional and the doctor I had was attentive. The doctor explained everything to me thoroughly, and helped to calm any anxieties I had. Overall I would return to this urgent care and recommend others.

I went to Medpost as my in-network clinic since the VA could not take me and the ER was not needed. They took me, was able to get me in right away. At my appointment I was treated great, took sample, gave me prescription, called it in, told me results but did culture to verify, called me with those results was they came back and advise what to do next. Everyone was very nice and professional. Place clean. I wanted to go back for follow up.

I didn’t have to wait hours for an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable which is important. Got a nice Dr. who understood what I was saying and gave me some good advice as to how to handle my situation. I got some medicine to help me and will report to my family Dr. when I can get an appointment. Thank you Care Spot.
